Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on and adaptable Robotics Solutions Engineer to join our humanoid robotics deployment team. You will be responsible for conducting on-site assessments, identifying automation opportunities, and deploying humanoid robots across diverse environments — from factories to hotels, malls, hospitals, and more. This role requires both engineering execution and practical troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, and system domains.

Reports to: Head of Product Deployment
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with internal teams and clients to plan deployments tailored to each site.
Lead robot installation, mechanical/electrical setup, wiring, and safety validation.
Configure motion parameters, sensors, and system behavior to ensure real-world stability.
Diagnose and resolve hardware issues (actuators, sensors, power systems).
Perform regular maintenance and quick repairs when necessary.
Train on-site technicians and operators on robot usage, basic troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures.
Prepare detailed deployment documentation (checklists, cabling diagrams, maintenance logs).
Collaborate with R&D teams to feedback deployment insights for future product improvements.
Requirements:
Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
Strong hands-on experience with robot hardware, including actuators, sensors, wiring, and control boxes.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation manuals.
Solid troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and system-level problems.
Willingness to travel frequently to deployment sites and work in varied environments.
Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and train non-engineering personnel.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with Linux and robotic frameworks (ROS, ROS2).
Experience with sensor integration (LiDAR, IMU, camera) and calibration.
Prior work in service/hospitality environments with customer-facing robotics.
Ability to script basic tools or automation tasks (Python, Bash).
Understanding of robot safety standards (ISO 10218, CE).
