Key Responsibilities
- Gather and clarify requirements from internal departments, proactively asking questions to understand workflows and edge cases.
- Provide business consulting and design standardized operational processes aligned with practical business needs.
- Work closely with end-users and project teams to standardize input data and build structured data models.
- Prepare detailed documentation including SRS, Wireframes, and User Stories.
- Collaborate with technical teams on customization requests, integrations, and specialized reporting requirements.
- Support system operations after Go-live; receive and handle arising requests/issues.
- Collect user feedback, analyze whether issues are system defects or user-operation errors, and report findings to PM/Dev teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with strong hands-on experience in ERP, CRM, or HRM systems (Mandatory).
- Strong logical thinking with the ability to identify edge cases that may cause system issues.
- Good knowledge of business analysis techniques and business process modeling, including business function models, relational data models, UML, Use Cases, BPMN, etc.
- Strong documentation skills (especially SRS writing) and ability to create standard Flowcharts/BPMN diagrams.
- Ability to build product prototypes/mockups.
- Good communication and presentation skills, critical thinking, negotiation skills, and meeting facilitation abilities.
