Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and customer needs related to AI products and solutions for global markets.
- Define and control PoC/Demo/Project scope, including inputs, outputs, KPIs, assumptions, and constraints.
- Develop and standardize business documentation such as BRD, use cases, user flows, and process flows for global markets.
- Collaborate with Global AI Consultants to ensure solutions align with product strategy and market positioning.
- Work closely with Solution Architects to translate business requirements into feasible technical solutions.
- Ensure deliverables meet customer expectations and minimize risks of oversell or underdeliver.
- Support proposal review, scope validation, and assumption alignment before submission to global customers.
Job Requirement
- 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in AI, Data, SaaS, or technology solutions.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, NLP, or Computer Vision at a business level.
- Experience working on AI PoCs, demos, or customer-tailored AI solutions.
- Strong ability to produce clear business documentation in English.
- Structured thinking, strong communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with global or cross-cultural teams is a plus.
