Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize conversation flows, automation flows, and tool-integration/operational workflows for AI Agents to meet each client’s requirements.
- Develop and deploy AI applications powered by LLMs, including building RAG pipelines (data processing, embeddings, vector search, and prompt optimization) using vector databases and search/embedding tools.
- Evaluate the performance and quality of LLMs and RAG systems.
- Monitor production performance and proactively identify and fix operational issues and inaccurate or off-target AI responses, covering latency, cost, reliability, and response quality.
- Combine programming (Python, vector databases) with linguistic analysis to “teach” AI Agents to respond accurately and naturally, minimizing hallucination.
- Build and optimize internal tools that automate the deployment and operation of AI projects.
- Propose and implement platform improvements based on market trends and customer feedback.
- Research, evaluate, and adopt emerging LLM technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Machine Learning or AI development.
- Hands-on experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
- Experience building production-grade RAG systems.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Experience with one or more LLM frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Familiarity with vector databases and semantic search technologies.
- Interest in or background in linguistics, applied language studies, or dialogue/content writing is a plus, to help refine AI response accuracy, tone, and naturalness.
- Experience with agent/automation orchestration tools (e.g., n8n, LangGraph, Flowise) is a plus.
- Understanding of embeddings, transformers, prompt engineering, and retrieval pipelines.
- Experience working with REST APIs and backend development.
- Good problem-solving, analytical, and research skills.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
