Key Responsibilities
- Engage with enterprise customers to understand business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
- Discover customer pain points and identify opportunities for AI, Generative AI, AI Agents, Conversational AI, and Intelligent Automation.
- Design business and technical solution proposals aligned with customer requirements.
- Conduct customer workshops, solution demonstrations, and Proof of Concept (PoC).
- Prepare proposals, RFP/RFI responses, effort estimation, and presentation materials.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams across Japan and Vietnam.
- Support contract negotiations by providing technical and business consulting.
- Ensure smooth transition from presales to project delivery.
- Stay current with AI technologies, market trends, and competitive landscape in Japan.
Requirements
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related disciplines.
- 3+ years of experience in Presales, IT Consulting, Solution Consulting, Business Consulting, or Digital Transformation.
- Experience working with enterprise customers in Japan.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
- Experience preparing proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and customer presentations.
- Ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
- Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2 or above, N1 preferred).
- Business-level English for collaboration with global teams.
Preferred:
- Experience in AI, Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, Cloud, CRM, Contact Center, or Intelligent Automation solutions.
- Knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or NVIDIA AI ecosystem.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail, or Healthcare industries.
- Project Management or Agile experience is a plus.
- AI, Cloud, or PMP certifications are advantageous.
