Key Responsibilities
- Support FPT Japan Sales teams in introducing and promoting AI products to enterprise customers.
- Participate in customer meetings, product demos, and solution consulting.
- Identify customer needs and propose AI use cases and solution approaches.
- Collect market feedback and product requirements from Japanese customers.
- Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to improve and localize AI products for the Japan market.
Team Structure
Two Business Enablers will work as a paired team:
- AI Solution Consulting role: focus on customer engagement, solution consulting, and presales support.
- Product Feedback & Market Localization role: focus on collecting market insights and working with product teams to adapt solutions to the Japan market.
Job Requirement
- Technical background in AI / Software / IT or related fields.
- Experience in solution consulting, presales, product management, or AI/IT solutions is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Japanese: N1 level (mandatory)
- Preferred: Vietnamese candidates who have lived and worked in Japan for years and understand Japanese business culture.
- Japanese candidates should have business-level English to communicate with global product and engineering teams
