Role Description
We are seeking a AI Consultant focused on FPT.AI products. The role involves engaging with enterprise clients, understanding their AI needs, demonstrating cutting-edge AI technologies, and helping design tailored AI solutions. You will work closely with sales, product, and AI engineering teams to support clients throughout the presales process, from requirement gathering to proposal and demo delivery.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hanoi.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement & Consultation
- Conduct consultations with enterprise clients to understand business challenges and AI requirements.
- Identify opportunities for implementing advanced AI solutions, including AI Agents, LLMs, VLMs, RAG, and Generative AI applications.
Presales Support & Solution Design
- Demonstrate FPT.AI advanced solutions through live demos, proof-of-concepts, and presentations.
- Develop tailored AI solution proposals aligned with client objectives, combining multiple AI technologies if needed.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs and provide technical and business guidance during presales cycles.
Collaboration & Alignment
- Work closely with AI engineering, product, and sales teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and aligned with client expectations.
- Collect feedback from clients to support product improvement and innovation.
Market & Product Knowledge
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of generative AI trends, LLMs, VLMs, RAG architectures, and other AI research advances.
- Prepare compelling sales collateral, technical briefs, and case studies for AI solutions.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related technical field.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies including Generative AI, LLM, VLM, RAG, AI Agents.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consulting skills; able to explain complex AI concepts to business stakeholders.
- Presales or client-facing experience in AI, ML, or advanced technology solutions preferred.
- Ability to design tailored AI solutions that integrate multiple technologies.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Fluency in English (written & spoken) is required.
