Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into detailed product documentation, including:
- User Stories
- Acceptance Criteria
- Feature Specifications
- Business Flow / Process Flow
- Basic Wireframes
- Analyze business processes and user journeys to propose optimal solutions from both business and user experience perspectives.
- Work closely with Designers, Software Engineers, and QA throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Clarify requirements during implementation and support engineering teams in resolving business-related issues.
- Participate in feature validation and user acceptance testing to ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.
- Gather customer and stakeholder feedback and recommend product improvements.
- Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, market trends, and best practices to contribute innovative product ideas.
Requirements
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role in software development.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong experience creating:
- User Stories
- Process Flows
- Acceptance Criteria
- Business Analysis documentation
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
Technical Knowledge
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong analytical thinking and process modeling skills.
- Basic understanding of:
- REST APIs
- Databases
- Authentication mechanisms
- System integrations
- Ability to bridge business requirements, user experience, and technical solutions.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to ask the right questions to uncover real business needs rather than simply documenting requirements.
- Capable of breaking down complex problems into clear and actionable requirements.
- Systems thinking with the ability to understand relationships across different product components.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Self-driven, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and business domains.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with the following experience will have an advantage:
- Experience working on Platform products, SaaS solutions, Workflow Builders, or Low-code/No-code platforms.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, or Prompt Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with API tools such as Postman or Swagger/OpenAPI.
- Familiarity with collaboration and design tools including: Figma, Miro, Draw.io, Notion, Jira
