QC Engineer – AI Global

Job Responsibilities
• AI Project Testing: Evaluate the accuracy, performance, and technical metrics of AI projects based on test cases
and customer quality requirements.
• Performance & Scalability Testing: Ensure AI systems can handle a high volume of concurrent requests during
peak periods of large-scale campaigns.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers and Software Engineers to improve AI features and project quality, and validate
the quality of deliverables before handing them over to customers.
• Global AI Quality Standards: Maintain consistent quality control processes across AI projects in global
markets.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in software testing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and experience writing Test Cases and Test
Scenarios based on technical and business requirements.
• Basic knowledge or hands-on experience testing AI products, such as OCR/IDP, eKYC, Chatbot/Voice Agent,
LLM/AI Agent.
• Understanding of AI performance metrics, including recognition accuracy, F1-score, latency, and ASR/TTS
recognition rates.
• Good English communication skills are a plus.
