Key Responsibilities
- Tech watch and strategic planning of TTS technology development
- Ownership of our TTS offering, ensuring QoS, answering PMs and project stakeholders
- Design of custom TTS solutions for specific markets or client needs and management of their development
- Team management and mentoring
- Promoting best practices both in code / product quality and in data acquisition and management
Requirements
- Knowledge of modern TTS techniques combined with a good understanding of speech signals.
- Expert Python development, familiarity with Pytorch / Huggingface.
- Notions of speech dataset formats and management
- Familiarity with audio processing tools and libs (Audacity, Praat, librosa…)
- Team and project management
- Good organization and communication
- Experience with multimodal LLMs
- Experience working with inference frameworks like Triton, Ray Serve, vLLM…
- Experience of containerization (docker), deployment (k8s, AWX…) and monitoring (sentry, monit…)
- Data management: databases (SQL), storage (S3)..
