Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of AI projects (VoiceBot, ChatBot, AI Agents, OCR/KYC, and other AI solutions) for government agencies, ministries, and public sector organizations.
- Take full ownership of the project lifecycle—from project kickoff through Go-Live and final acceptance—ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, with high quality, and to the satisfaction of customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management, preferably with experience delivering projects for government or public sector clients.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including Natural Language Processing (NLP), Chatbots, Voice AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and the ability to work effectively with technical teams.
- PMI-PMP certification is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, technical teams, and senior management.
- Familiarity with government administrative processes, regulations, and operational practices is a strong plus.
