KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with R&D leadership and cross-functional teams to define product vision, use cases, and target users.
Act as a bridge between R&D, product, business, operations, suppliers, and leadership
Develop and maintain product roadmaps and development priorities
Translate market, customer, and business needs into actionable requirements for R&D teams
Assess technical, supplier, cost, and scalability feasibility of product concepts
Define product success criteria and support product validation and iteration.
QUALIFICATIONS
Relevant education and experience
5+ years as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Domain Specialist for marketplace, SaaS, e-commerce, data/API product, AI platform, or enterprise systems
Experience working with technical or engineering teams
Strong ability to translate ambiguous ideas into structured product requirements and plans
Experience defining and prioritizing product features
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience researching markets, products, technologies, or suppliers
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with robotics, hardware, AI, automation, consumer electronics, or other complex technical products.
Experience with hardware development and productization.
Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, or software development processes.
Experience working with suppliers and external manufacturing partners.
Experience with prototype development and transition to production.
Experience in a startup or fast-paced R&D environment.
