Senior QA/QC Engineer is responsible for ensuring end-to-end quality of AI Robot and Conversational AI products. The role focuses on testing, evaluating, and continuously improving AI components such as ASR, TTS, LLMs, AI Agents, and RAG systems, while collaborating closely with Product, AI, Development, and Operations teams to ensure solutions meet standards for accuracy, performance, stability, security, and user experience before production deployment.
Develop test strategies, test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test data for AI Robot and Conversational AI products.
Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end testing throughout the product lifecycle.
Evaluate the quality of ASR, TTS, LLM/AI Agents, and Knowledge Base/RAG systems against business and technical requirements.
Build benchmarks, regression datasets, evaluation criteria, and AI quality reports.
Analyze logs, JSON data, APIs, and backend workflows to identify root causes of issues.
Propose and develop testing tools, automation solutions, and initiatives to improve test coverage.
Manage defects, monitor release quality, analyze defect trends, and recommend continuous improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders during UAT, release management, and post-deployment quality monitoring.
Relevant Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
4-5 years of experience in QA/QC or Software Testing, including experience in Senior or Person-in-Charge (PIC) roles.
Strong knowledge of software testing processes, defect management, and quality reporting.
Hands-on experience in API, backend, integration, and end-to-end testing, with strong log analysis and system troubleshooting skills.
Strong analytical thinking, ownership mindset, and ability to work effectively across multiple teams and functions.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI Robots, Voice Assistants, Chatbots, or Conversational AI platforms.
Understanding of AI quality metrics such as WER, CER, Accuracy, Latency, Hallucination Rate, and Response Quality.
Experience building benchmarks, test datasets, and regression test suites for AI systems.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, Postman, JMeter, or test automation tools.
Ability to read technical documentation and communicate effectively in English within a technology-driven environment.
