Job summary: You will be responsible for overseeing compliance across the Company's onsite data production operations, developing and implementing risk management programs, and ensuring all data collection activities comply with the Company's procedures, regulations, and operating standards.

This role is well suited for candidates who are passionate about:

• Working across teams to resolve compliance issues without stopping operation.
• Audit and process discipline — periodic monitoring, documentation, and follow-through on corrective actions
• Training and enforcement — making sure operations staff, partners, and vendors comply with the Company’s procedures

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Responsible for developing and implementing compliance control procedures to: protect people, protect the operations and reputation of the Company, protect customers and business partners; ensure operational efficiency, and safeguard physical assets and data.
•  Develop and implement risk management programs, compliance regulations, and internal control mechanisms to govern data production operations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct compliance training programs for operations teams and partners.
• Oversee compliance of onsite production activities in accordance with the Company’s regulations and policies; identify, assess, and address non-compliance risks; monitor, inspect, report violations, and propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance activities do not disrupt production progress.
