Job Summary:
We are seeking a high-potential Finance Management (Expert) to support financial planning, analysis, and operations for a fast-scaling global robotics company.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong foundational finance capabilities, who are eager to grow, learn, and adapt in a dynamic startup environment. You will work closely with leadership across functions (R&D, Manufacturing, Business, Investment) to ensure financial discipline while supporting rapid expansion and global ambitions.
REQUIREMENTS:
Relevant education and experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
5–8 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or accounting roles.
Background in professional environments such as multinational corporations, Big4, or large conglomerates.
Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in technology, manufacturing, or high-growth environments is a plus.
Exposure to investment, fundraising, or international business operations is an advantage.
Familiarity with financial modeling and business case development.
Understanding of IFRS or international financial practices is a plus.
Personality/ Attitude
High learning agility and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-scaling environment.
Strong analytical thinking with a business-oriented mindset.
Proactive, hands-on, and willing to take ownership beyond defined scope.
Good communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Comfortable working under pressure with a high level of accountability
Good command of English (written and spoken).
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across R&D, manufacturing, and business functions.
Prepare and analyze management reports, providing insights to support decision-making.
Monitor and control costs, cash flow, and operational spending, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate business cases, investments, and new initiatives.
Assist in fundraising activities, financial modeling, and preparation of materials for investors.
Support financial aspects of international expansion, including new market entry and entity setup.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and support coordination with accounting, audit, and tax functions.
Contribute to building financial processes, systems, and governance frameworks suitable for a scaling organization.
