Position Summary

The AI Data Product Strategist acts as the "Demand Architect" for the center. You are responsible for researching the international AI market, capturing real-world business problems, and identifying future technology trends. Your mission is to transform these insights into high-value data catalogs, build strategic roadmaps, and define technical requirements for Data Engineers (DE) and Data Scientists (DS) to create commercialized data products.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Intelligence & AI Trends

·       Closely monitor global AI model trends (LLMs, Multimodal, Generative AI, Robotics, Computer Vision, etc.).

·       Analyze data demands across diverse sectors such as Finance, Healthcare, E-commerce, Autonomous Vehicles, and Manufacturing.

·       Benchmark against competitors and international data standards.

Data Product Definition

·       Identify "niche" and high-value data types (e.g., Egocentric data for Robotics, Synthetic data, rare domain-specific datasets).

·       Define data features, annotation standards, and the required data cleanliness/quality for effective AI model training.

Roadmap & Technical Requirements

·       Author detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for DE and DS teams.

·       Develop short, medium, and long-term Data Roadmaps for the center.

·       Collaborate with technical teams to ensure collected data perfectly aligns with client-specific constraints (e.g., Edge AI, accuracy metrics like IoU > 95%).

Sales Enablement & Packaging

·       Lead the creation of technical documents, Whitepapers, Case Studies, and Proposals for international partners.

·       Package raw data into intuitive, high-value "Data Assets" that are easy to understand and sell.

Requirements

·       Education: Master’s or PhD’s degree in Data Science, IT, Economics, or related fields.

·       Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst (BA), Product Owner (PO), Data Analyst, or AI Solution Architect.

·       Domain Expertise: Proven track record of working in AI/Machine Learning projects, specifically in defining data requirements or managing data-centric products.

·       Market Exposure: Experience in working with international clients or researching global tech markets (Silicon Valley, EU, or APAC) is a significant plus.

·       Writing Skills: Proficient in drafting professional documents (English & Vietnamese) with logic, persuasion, and precision.

·       Language: Fluent English (especially technical and international business communication).

·       Product Thinking: Viewing data as a commercial product, not just raw files.

·       Multi-level Communication: Bridging the gap between technical discussions with DS/DE and business vision presentations to partners.
