Executive Assistant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Strategic Support

Prepare high-impact materials: Board decks, investment proposals, partnership frameworks

Structure ambiguous problems into clear insights to support decision-making

Track and drive strategic priorities (global expansion, product roadmap, partnerships)

Act as a thought partner — challenge, refine, and pressure-test ideas

2. Partnership & Business Development

Coordinate with global partners (AI labs, robotics companies, investors, strategic partners)

Support deal execution: proposal development, stakeholder alignment, follow-through

Join key discussions and ensure conversion from discussion → action

Maintain momentum across multiple concurrent partnerships

3. Operations & Execution

Drive cross-functional projects across engineering, product, operations, and external stakeholders

Ensure alignment across VinDynamics and Vingroup ecosystem entities

Translate strategic priorities into execution plans with clear ownership and timelines

Identify bottlenecks early and push for resolution

4. Executive Support (High-Leverage Only)

Manage priorities and calendar to maximize President effectiveness

Coordinate international travel, high-level meetings, and key engagements

Ensure the President is always prepared with the right context and materials.

REQUIREMENTS:

Relevant Experience

• 2–4 years in consulting, investment, tech/startup, or working closely with senior executives

• Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments

• Excellent English (comfortable working with global partners)

• Ability to operate under ambiguity, pressure, and speed

Nice-to-Have

• Studied in the US or top international universities

• Experience in multinational or global environments

• Exposure to AI, robotics, or deep tech industries

• Background in strategy, consulting, or business development.
