JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare meeting materials.
Draft correspondence, take meeting minutes, and track follow-up actions.
Consolidate data and prepare reports for executive decision-making.
Act as a liaison between the Executive and internal departments.
Support communication with partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
Participate in special projects and assist in monitoring progress.
Conduct research and prepare summaries to support strategic decisions.
REQUIREMENTS
Educational & Professional
Final-year students in Business Administration or related fields
Fluent English communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with clear and professional communication.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel).
Experiences in student leadership roles or project coordination are preferred.
Personality/ Attitude
Strong interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills
Proactive, dedicated, business-oriented, responsible and willing to learn
Good communication skills, creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
