**Job description:**
- Design, develop, and maintain high\-performance backend systems serving large\-scale products and platforms.
- Build scalable Microservices, APIs, and distributed systems with high availability, reliability, and security standards.
- Design system architecture, data models, and service integrations across multiple domains and platforms.
- Develop and optimize real\-time processing systems, event\-driven architectures, and high\-concurrency services.
- Ensure system performance, scalability, observability, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Mobile Engineers, Data Engineers, AI Engineers, and cross\-functional teams to deliver product features.
- Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical discussions to maintain engineering quality.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long\-term improvements.
- Contribute to engineering best practices, technical standards, and platform architecture decisions.
- Mentor junior and mid\-level engineers and support team technical growth.
**Requirement:**
**years of hands\-on experience developing backend systems with Golang**

- Strong proficiency in Golang, including Goroutines, Channels, Context, Concurrency Patterns, and Performance Optimization.
- Proven experience designing and developing large\-scale Microservices architectures.
- Strong experience with RESTful APIs and gRPC services.
- Solid understanding of Distributed Systems and Event\-Driven Architecture.
- Hands\-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or equivalent relational databases.
- Strong database design skills and experience optimizing complex SQL queries.
- Experience with Redis and caching strategies.
- Experience working with Message Brokers such as Kafka, NATS, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies.
- Experience deploying and operating services on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Proficiency with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem\-solving skills, and ownership mindset.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience building Real\-time Systems using WebSocket, Streaming, or Message Queues.
- Experience with Elasticsearch or other search technologies.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Previous experience as a Technical Lead or Engineering Lead.
- Experience in Mapping, Navigation, Mobility, Logistics, Fintech, IoT, AI Platforms, or other large\-scale digital products.
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.
