**Job Description:**
- Design, evaluate, and optimize system architectures for applications requiring complex service orchestration, real\-time processing, high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance, such as ride\-hailing, trip matching, and pricing systems.
- Define and standardize SOA / Microservices architecture for multi\-application, multi\-market environments (multi\-tenant, multi\-region).
- Analyze and re\-engineer existing systems to:
- Improve scalability, performance, and availability.
- Ensure observability, tracing, and performance tuning.
- Enhance resilience and fault tolerance, reduce downtime, and improve user experience.
- Establish technical standards and collaborate with Development and DevOps teams to ensure consistent implementation following best practices.
- Work closely with Product Owners and Tech Leads to define system architecture, technical solutions, and technology choices.
- Research, experiment, evaluate, and propose solutions for application development across both business workflows and platform/non\-functional requirements, including but not limited to Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD, DevSecOps, Integration, Observability, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, MLOps, AI, UI/UX, and Super App development.
- Contribute recommendations to improve architecture, system performance, and end\-user experience (response time, fault tolerance, etc.).
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum 3 years of backend development experience and 2 years of system architecture experience.
- Strong understanding of modern programming languages and development frameworks, such as: Java (e.g., Spring); Scala; Python; Node.js (e.g., NestJS, Express); Go (e.g., Gin, Fiber); Spark (Java, Scala, Python); Flink; Beam
- Knowledge and hands\-on experience with SOA, Microservices, System Integration, and DevSecOps.
- Understanding of protocols and architectural patterns, including RESTful APIs, JWT/OAuth2, messaging systems, batch and stream processing, multithreading, and singleton patterns.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP (EKS/GKE, ECS, Cloud Run, etc.), and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Experience in database architecture, data modeling, and performance tuning across databases, caching, and messaging platforms, including Redis, Kafka, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and NoSQL databases.
- Experience designing multi\-tenant systems or multi\-region deployments.
- Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and tracing tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and OpenTelemetry.
- Strong system thinking, communication, and cross\-functional collaboration skills.

- Experience in Mobility, Payments, Logistics, or Super App domains.
- AWS/GCP Architect or Kubernetes Administrator certifications.
