**Product Manager (Fintech)**

**1\. Job Purpose**
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the development and growth of our fintech product. The ideal candidate will combine deep product management expertise with a strong understanding of financial services, regulatory requirements, and emerging fintech trends. You'll work closely with engineering, design, compliance, and business teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance our customers' financial experiences.
**2\. Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with Head of Product, define and execute product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market opportunities
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the fintech landscape
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and initiatives based on customer needs, business impact, and
- technical feasibility
- Develop and maintain product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure timely and quality product delivery
- Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure products meet regulatory requirements
**3\. Requirements**
- 5\+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services
- Strong technical foundation, preferably with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or other technology\-related fields from reputable technology universities
- Proven experience working closely with engineering teams in agile environments, managing products end\-to\-end from concept to launch
- Solid understanding of fintech and digital banking, specializing in BNPL, embedded finance and digital payment products
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and security standards (PCI DSS, SOC 2, KYC/AML)
- Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and proficiency with product tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms
- Customer\-centric mindset with strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management skills
- Professional English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
