Talent Acquisition Partner (Seasonal contract)

Working Location:

• Hanoi: Technopark, Vinhomes Ocean Park.

About the Role

At VSF, great products are built by great people. As a Talent Acquisition Partner for Technology, AI & Data, you will own the end-to-end hiring process for some of the most in-demand and hard-to-find profiles in the market.

You will work as a strategic partner to hiring managers, not an order-taker: shaping hiring plans, advising on market realities, and building talent pipelines that fuel VSF’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for Tech, AI & Data roles: intake with hiring managers, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation and closing.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand technical requirements, define clear role profiles and build realistic hiring plans and timelines.
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, Kaggle, tech communities, referrals, events and talent mapping.
• Build and nurture talent pools and pipelines for critical and future AI & Data roles.
• Assess technical and cultural fit effectively; run structured screening and collaborate with technical interviewers to ensure a high bar for quality.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience and promote VSF’s employer brand with candidates and in the market.
• Track and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, funnel conversion, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate, quality of hire); use data to continuously improve processes.
• Provide market insights on talent supply, compensation trends and competitor activity to support decision-making.
• Contribute to employer branding, campaigns, tech events and university/community partnerships.
• Senior level: mentor junior team members, lead hiring projects and help shape TA strategy, processes and best practices.

Requirements

Must-have

• 3+ years (Middle) / 5+ years (Senior) of recruitment experience in Tech/ICT, in an in-house team or a headhunting company.
• Hands-on experience owning the full recruitment cycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation and closing.
• Proactive and hungry: take initiative to reach out to candidates and hiring managers, and drive results with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
• Passionate and high-energy: motivated by tough, hard-to-fill roles and by hitting targets.
• Fast learner and highly adaptable: comfortable with changing priorities and a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-have

• Experience hiring for AI/Data teams in product companies, tech startups, or fast- growing/scale-up environments.
• Experience in senior/leadership hiring.
• Experience with employer branding, tech community engagement or campus recruitment.
• Familiarity with recruitment analytics tools and AI-assisted recruiting.
