At Game Studio 9 – VNGGames, the Creator Strategy team doesn't just manage creators — we build a modern marketing ecosystem where content creators serve as the core touchpoint connecting our games with the community.

As a Marketing Executive, you will execute multi-channel marketing plans, drive the growth of the creator community, and expand the media reach of our game products through creative content and strategic campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Planning & Execution Plan and execute marketing campaigns with content creators aligned to specific objectives (awareness, engagement, affiliate, recruitment, etc.). Develop concepts and messaging, and coordinate cross-functionally to produce and run campaigns.
2. Creator Program Management Build and operate the creator program: sourcing, onboarding, and tiering creators according to each product stage. Design and implement long-term mechanisms (KPIs, incentives, benefits) to grow the creator network.
3. Content & Channel Management Plan and manage content across official channels (Fanpage, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Ensure content quality and consistency with brand direction.
4. Performance & Optimization Track and analyze campaign and creator performance (views, engagement, traffic, ROI, etc.). Recommend improvements based on data and emerging market trends.
5. Creator & Partner Relationship Identify, connect with, and maintain relationships with creators/KOLs/agencies across multiple platforms.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing, digital content, or influencer campaigns.

Experience planning and managing communication content on social media.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate across departments to execute campaigns.

Proficient in English, particularly for communication, documentation, and working in a multinational environment.

Passionate about gaming, with a good understanding of the gamer community and interest in creative content across multiple platforms.

Nice to Have:

Existing relationships/network with creators/KOLs is a strong plus.

Understanding of the Southeast Asian market; prior experience with regional campaigns is a plus.

Experience producing content for social-lead or creator-lead campaigns.
