Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure. Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools. Ensuring that all systems run smoothly, performing troubleshooting and problem resolution, and implementing security measures to protect sensitive data:

Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.

Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.

Integrate the system with available platforms inside and outside the company (authentication / recharge / promotion).

Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks.

Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.

Participate in the design of information and operational support systems.

Provide 1st and 2nd level support.

Functional Skills:

Graduated from University with major in Information Technology, 2 years working experience. Experience in installing, configuring, operating and troubleshooting in a Windows/Linux server environment. Experience in scripting (e.g., shell scripts, Python, Perl, ...). Experience working with databases: MSSQL, MySQL, NoSQL... Experience working in the cloud (AWS/Azure/Google) Knowledge of virtualization and popular container technologies (e.g., k8s, ...) Ability to self-manage work and troubleshoot independently Apply AI Soft skills:

Honest and careful. There is a high sense of responsibility. Hardworking, capable of self-researching and exploring new technologies to improve system quality. English level: Read and understand specialized documents.
