About the Role
We are seeking a versatile Full Stack Software Engineer to develop comprehensive solutions for our robotics platform. You'll work across the entire technology stack, building data pipelines, APIs, web applications, and mobile interfaces that support robotic systems from training through production deployment. This role requires both breadth and depth in software development for industrial robotics applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop end-to-end features spanning frontend, backend, and data layers
Build training data management systems including ingestion, processing, and annotation workflows
Create RESTful and GraphQL APIs for robotic system configuration and monitoring
Develop web and mobile applications for system testing, deployment, and operations
Implement data pipelines for sensor data collection, storage, and analysis
Design database schemas for training datasets, system telemetry, and operational logs
Build authentication, authorization, and multi-tenancy capabilities
Create automated testing frameworks across the full stack
Optimize system performance for handling high-throughput sensor data
Integrate with robotic control systems, perception modules, and planning algorithms
Deploy and maintain services in cloud and edge computing environments
Collaborate with robotics engineers to understand technical requirements
Document APIs, data models, and system architecture
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
3-5 years of professional full stack development experience
Strong proficiency in backend languages (Python, Node.js, Java, or Go)
Solid frontend development skills with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular)
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis)
Knowledge of RESTful API design and microservices architecture
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Experience with Docker and container orchestration
Understanding of message queuing systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Skills
Experience with time-series databases (InfluxDB, TimescaleDB) for sensor data
Knowledge of real-time communication protocols (WebSocket, MQTT, gRPC)
Familiarity with machine learning workflows and MLOps practices
Experience with video streaming and processing pipelines
Understanding of robotics middleware (ROS, ROS2)
Background in distributed systems and edge computing
Experience with Kubernetes and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible)
Knowledge of computer vision or robotic perception concepts
Familiarity with industrial protocols (OPC-UA, Modbus)
Mobile development experience (React Native, Flutter)
