**Overview**

As a Senior IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and designing solutions that support the quality, reliability, and stability of enterprise applications across the Group. You will work closely with Business stakeholders, Developers, and QC teams to gather requirements, design end\-to\-end solutions, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

The role primarily focuses on enterprise applications, including Distribution Management System (DMS), Warehouse Management System (WMS), Staff Performance, Loyalty, and Promotion systems. You will have the opportunity to work on complex, multi\-layer, cross\-module business processes spanning these core enterprise systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Work directly with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and design requirements for internal systems and applications.
• Analyze end\-to\-end business processes, handling multi\-layer, cross\-module flows.
• Prepare business requirement documentation and coordinate with the implementation team to ensure solutions meet the intended requirements.
• Partner with Dev/QC teams, supporting solution clarification and UAT.
• Propose enhancements and new features to existing systems to improve operational efficiency.

**Qualifications**

• 4\+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Experience implementing WMS, DMS, Staff Performance and relevant projects.
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence.
• Strong logical thinking, with the ability to handle complex systems and multiple stakeholders.
• Good communication skills.
