**OVERALL EXPECTATIONS OF THE POSITION**
- Lead the Farm as an independent business unit with full accountability for P\&L performance, revenue growth, cost management, and resource efficiency.
- Ensure reliable supply in terms of volume, quality, delivery, and cost to meet the requirements of WinCommerce and end customers.
- Build an operationally excellent Farm by continuously improving productivity, optimizing unit cost, reducing losses, and maximizing efficiency per production area/product.
- Build a strong team with high ownership and execution discipline; develop succession capabilities and foster a high\-performance environment.
- Proactively lead change and leverage data, technology, and continuous improvement initiatives to create differentiated value and sustainable Farm growth.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Business \& P\&L Management**
Take full ownership of the Farm P\&L; develop and execute business plans and budgets; manage revenue, COGS, OPEX, CAPEX, and key financial performance indicators.
- **Production \& Operations Management**
Lead end\-to\-end production and operations to ensure volume, productivity, quality, lead time, safety, and supply requirements are consistently achieved.
- **Cost \& Productivity Management**
Optimize cost/kg, labor cost, input costs, waste, and asset utilization; proactively drive productivity and cost\-saving initiatives.
- **Customer \& Supply Chain**
Understand the needs of WinCommerce and end customers; collaborate across functions to ensure the right volume, quality, specifications, and delivery timing.
- **Quality \& Risk Management**
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, traceability, and operating standards; proactively identify, prevent, and manage risks that may impact Farm operations.
- **People Leadership \& Development**
Build the right organization and team; set objectives, manage performance, develop capabilities and successors, and foster a culture of ownership, discipline, and results.
- **Transformation, Technology \& Continuous Improvement**
Lead transformation and continuous improvement initiatives; promote the adoption of technology, automation, data, and AI to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
- **Data\-driven Management**
Establish and monitor critical Farm performance indicators; leverage data to identify root causes, anticipate risks, capture opportunities, and make timely business decisions.
**QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, \& REQUIREMENTS:**
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Agriculture, Agronomy, Economics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in agriculture, manufacturing, FMCG, or supply chain, including at least 5 years in a management role; preferably with experience managing a large\-scale business/production unit with direct P\&L accountability.
- Demonstrate an ownership and results\-oriented mindset, strong business acumen, decisiveness, and end\-to\-end accountability for outcomes.
- Strong ability to understand and manage P\&L, budgets, COGS, CAPEX/OPEX, with a clear focus on cost, productivity, and return optimization.
- Strong capability in end\-to\-end agricultural operations, with a solid understanding of key drivers of volume, productivity, quality, cost, and resource efficiency.
- Proven ability to lead large teams, inspire performance, manage accountability, and drive organizational change effectively.
- Ability to translate customer needs into product, volume, quality, and operational requirements while proactively creating value across the business chain.
- Strong ability to use operational and financial data for decision\-making, with an active mindset toward adopting technology, automation, and AI in Farm management.
- Able and willing to work on a long\-term basis at Farms/production sites as assigned by the Company, with flexibility to travel or relocate across locations as required by business needs.
- Decisive, pragmatic, adaptable, and highly accountable, with a strong willingness to stay close to operations and take direct ownership of Farm performance.
