**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a strategic and results\-driven
**Financial Business Partner**
to lead and shape the financial operations of our tech hub. This role will act as a strategic partner to leadership, providing deep financial insights, driving business performance, and managing the FP\&A function to ensure data\-driven decision\-making.
You will play a pivotal role in financial planning, forecasting, business analysis, and strategic initiatives while leading a high\-performing team in a dynamic and innovative environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
***Financial Strategy \& Leadership***
- Lead the end\-to\-end financial planning process, including annual budgeting, long\-term planning, and rolling forecasts for the tech hub.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing financial insights to guide decision\-making and drive business outcomes.
- Align financial goals and metrics with the overall strategic vision of the organization.
***Financial Analysis \& Reporting***
- Deliver comprehensive financial analysis, including P\&L management, cash flow forecasting, and capital allocation strategies.
- Identify and communicate key trends, risks, and opportunities to influence strategic decision\-making.
- Oversee preparation and delivery of executive\-level financial presentations and board reports.
***Business Partnering***
- Collaborate closely with cross\-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, operations, and marketing) to align financial strategies with business goals.
- Act as a financial thought partner to support new initiatives, market expansions, and tech product launches.
- Provide financial due diligence and modeling for M\&A opportunities, strategic investments, and partnerships.
***Process Optimization \& Systems Management***
- Drive automation, scalability, and efficiency in financial processes, tools, and reporting systems.
- Implement and optimize financial planning tools, dashboards, and ERP systems to enhance data accuracy and analysis.
- Establish and monitor financial controls and governance processes.
**Qualifications:**
***Education:***
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Professional certifications (CFA, CPA, CMA) are highly desirable.
***Experience:***
- 5–8 years of progressive experience in FP\&A, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the technology sector or high\-growth environments.
- Proven track record of driving strategic financial planning and influencing executive decision\-making.
- Deep experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
***Technical Skills:***
- Strong command of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus and advanced Excel modeling.
- Experience with big data analysis
