**1\. Strategy \& Market Analysis**
- Conduct in\-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and consumer behavior in FMCG/Retail/Consumer/
Technology

- Deliver benchmarking and insight reports to support S\&D leaders in strategy development.
**2\. Business \& Corporate Finance Analysis**
- Support business case development, financial modeling, and ROI evaluation for strategic projects and new initiatives.
- Perform valuation, due diligence, and financial analysis to support corporate finance activities.
- Prepare investment decks, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis for senior management.
**3\. Deal Execution Support**
- Assist S\&D leaders in deal execution including M\&A, partnerships, and capex projects.
- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and external advisors on transaction\-related data and documents.
- Track deal pipeline and provide progress updates to S\&D Head and BOM.
**4\. Project Support \& Execution**
- Develop project trackers and dashboards, ensuring timely follow\-up of action items.
- Collaborate with operations, supply chain, marketing, and finance teams to collect and validate data.
**5\. KPI Monitoring \& Strategic Reporting**
- Define and track KPIs for strategic initiatives and corporate projects.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for S\&D Head and CEO.
- Highlight risks, gaps, and propose preliminary corrective actions.
- Work closely with BOM, Finance, Legal, sub companies to align strategy with execution.
- Provide ad\-hoc analysis or presentations for senior executives and investors.

**Requirements:**
3\-4 years in
**strategy consulting, corporate finance, investment banking,**
Private Equity
**or business analysis**
, with proven experience in
**deal execution (M\&A, partnerships, capital raising)**
and exposure to
**FMCG, Retail, Healthcare, Live Stocks, Technology Businesses.**
- **Corporate Finance Skills:**
Strong in financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and transaction support.
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint; Power BI/Tableau a plus.
Bachelor’s in Business, Economics, Finance, or related; MBA is a plus.
Entrepreneurial, proactive, detail\-oriented, strong ownership, thrives in high\-pressure, fast\-paced environments.
