You will support day-to-day office operations, coordinate office services and activities, and help ensure the workplace runs smoothly and consistently. This includes supporting office events, managing outsourced team members, overseeing vendor relationships and contracts, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality office operations and service delivery while maintaining firm policies and compliance requirements.

You will be based in Hanoi as part of our Office Services Team. This team supports the smooth and compliant operation of the office, partners with colleagues across functions, and helps create engaging, inclusive, and service-oriented workplace experience.
- 3+ years of corporate and/or professional services experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and follow tasks through to completion in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and judgment, with the ability to use data, facts, and logical reasoning to identify risks, address service challenges, and implement practical improvements
- Ability to create clear, high-quality work products and outputs that support office operations, service delivery, and stakeholder needs
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, firm tools, and office equipment, with the ability to use technology to improve workflows, track information, and support facilities decisions
- Ability to collaborate with, influence, and manage the needs of different stakeholders, including senior leaders, vendors, building management, and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service and coordinate day-to-day office operations across meeting rooms, front desk, mail and package handling, print services, catering, workplace logistics, and facilities support
- Working knowledge of workplace health, safety, security, access control, financial processes, vendor management, and firm policies, with strong attention to compliance, confidentiality, and service continuity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local office language(s), with the ability to tailor messages across formats, audiences, and seniority levels
