Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Business Development Executive (IT Services & Solutions) to spearhead our new-logo acquisition and market expansion. This is a pure "hunter and builder" role designed for a commercial strategist who excels at uncovering greenfield opportunities, engaging C-level stakeholders, and orchestrating complex B2B sales cycles.

Collaborating closely with our technical and presales teams, you will leverage consultative selling to position custom software development, cloud, AI, and digital transformation services across enterprise, mid-market, and high-growth SME accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• New-Logo Hunting & Pipeline Generation: Design and execute structured outbound prospecting strategies across cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, executive networking, industry events, and referrals. Identify key buying centers and build relationships with CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, and Heads of Digital/Procurement.
• Consultative Solution Selling: Lead discovery sessions to diagnose client pain points and translate business challenges into tailored technology solutions. Position Vinova’s offerings across Custom Software Engineering, Cloud & DevOps, AI/GenAI, Data & Analytics, and Modernization.
• Full-Cycle Deal Execution: Own end-to-end deal progression from initial qualification and RFP/RFQ defense to solution presentations, commercial negotiations, and contract closure. Partner with presales engineers to build competitive proposals.
• Account Expansion & Strategic Growth: Transition newly acquired logos into long-term enterprise accounts. Identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities and build multi-stakeholder account roadmaps to maximize client lifetime value.
• Market Intelligence & Sales Operations: Maintain strict CRM discipline (pipeline health, deal stages, communication logs). Deliver data-backed weekly and monthly revenue forecasts while monitoring tech market trends and competitor movements.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 5–8+ years of proven B2B sales/business development track record within IT services, software outsourcing, digital consulting, or SaaS.
• Proven Hunter Mindset: Demonstrated ability to independently source, manage, and close complex enterprise sales cycles without relying on inbound leads.
• Solution Selling Fluency: Solid functional understanding of the IT landscape (Cloud, AI/GenAI, Application Modernization, Data, Managed Services, and MarTech/CRM).
• Executive Presence: High competence in initiating and navigating dialogues with C-suite and senior technical buyers. Excellent commercial negotiation and presentation skills.
• Sales Tech Stack: Hands-on experience working with modern CRM and sales intelligence platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
• Attributes: Target-obsessed, highly persistent through prolonged enterprise procurement cycles, and commercially astute.
