Responsibilities

• Job Description:

– Monitor and analyze advanced security alerts across Endpoint, Network, and Gateway layers to detect and respond to cyberattacks.

– Proactive Threat hunting

– Investigate and respond to complex incidents, provide expert-level triage, and escalate to response teams as needed.

– Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs)

– Create and refine automated playbooks and detection use cases to improve SOC efficiency.

– Ensure SLA compliance for international clients, including those in regulated sectors (finance, government, etc.).

– Collaborate with global teams to support multi-region SOC operations.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: 

– Bachelor’s degree in: Information Security; Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics-Informatics…

– English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 650 or higher

• Requirements/Competencies:

– 5 years of experience providing SOC (Security Operations Center) services for multiple clients in Asia, US – UK…

– Solid understanding of cybersecurity and common attack methods (CEH, Security+ certifications preferred or equivalent experience).

– Proficient in using SOC ecosystem tools and portals (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, NSM, Email Security, WAF, Cloudrity).

– Capable of analyzing and detecting malware components.

– Skilled in using forensic and monitoring tools: Autoruns, Procexp, TCPView, PCHunter, and Linux command-line tools (ls, ps, netstat, cat, iptables, last, lastlog).

– Holding a Forensic certification (e.g., CHFI) or equivalent is a plus.

– Specialized knowledge in one of the two areas: Malware Attack or Web Attack.

– Preferred certifications: CEH, OSCP.

• Soft Skills:

– Strong teamwork and stress management skills.

– Good information research and analysis capability.

• Preferred Candidate Profiles

– Candidates currently residing in India, Philippines, or Vietnam.

– Candidates with prior experience supporting clients in regulated industries (banking, telecom, government).
