Develop and optimize core services, backend services, and reusable components.
Participate in designing system architecture, APIs, databases, and platform components.’
Solve problems related to performance, concurrency, scalability, and reliability
Develop end-to-end features across Backend and React/Vue.
Participate in code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and continuous system quality improvement.
Work with components such as databases, caching, messaging, and service communication.
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience in Software Engineering / Full-Stack Development.
Strong Backend expertise with the ability to work effectively on Frontend.
Proficiency in at least one Backend ecosystem: .NET / Java / Node.js / Go or equivalent.
Ability to understand existing systems, analyze problems, and dive deep into core components.
Strong learning ability and a good understanding of fundamental system concepts.
Solid knowledge of OOP, Data Structures, SOLID, Design Patterns, API & Database Design.
Experience with REST APIs, SQL, Redis, and scalable systems.
Ability to work with TypeScript + React/Vue
Good communication and teamwork skills.
NICE TO HAVE
Experience building Core Platforms / Core Services / Infrastructure.
Experience with workflow engines such as Elsa / Flowable / Camunda.
Experience with Dynamic Forms / Low-code platforms such as Formily / Baidu Amis / Tiny-engine.
Experience with Microservices / Distributed Systems / Message Queues.
Experience with Docker / CI/CD / Cloud.
Experience in Data Engineering or AI-assisted Development.
