Work directly with internal and external clients to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements; translate them into system requirements and data solutions.
Collaborate with project teams to align requirements and implement appropriate data analytics solutions.
Consult and propose Data Analytics & Business Intelligence solutions based on clients’ business needs.
Design and implement end-to-end data analytics solutions, from data extraction and preparation to data modeling, analysis, and visualization; collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure data meets analytical requirements.
Analyze data, develop analytical models, and generate actionable insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
Build Dashboards, Reports, and Data Visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Apache Superset, or equivalent.
Present solutions, analytical results, and improvement recommendations to clients and relevant stakeholders.
Participate in Presales activities when required, including proposal development, effort estimation, RFP/tender document preparation, and bid support.
Manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with Data Engineers, BAs, PMs, and other stakeholders throughout project implementation.
Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members; proactively lead project modules or workstreams.
Develop documentation and templates, standardize working methodologies, and proactively stay updated on new data analytics technologies, tools, and methodologies.
Requirements:
Minimum 4.5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related roles.
Proficient in SQL and Python, with hands-on experience working with database management systems.
Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, Apache Superset, or equivalent data visualization tools, with experience building dashboards and management reports.
Strong ability to analyze business requirements and design and implement end-to-end data analytics solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a good understanding of statistics and data analysis methodologies; capable of generating actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
Strong communication, presentation, and Data Storytelling skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience mentoring junior team members and the ability to proactively lead a project module or workstream.
Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and results-driven.
Preferred:
Experience working with Big Data platforms or large-scale data ecosystems.
Knowledge of Data Architecture, Data Modeling, and Data Governance.
Experience contributing to proposals, RFP/RFQ, tender documents, or data solution consulting activities.
