We are looking for a Product Associate to help shape, launch, and push product features to market, driving user acquisition, adoption, and loyalty on Kyberswap.com.
This role is for someone who is motivated not only by joining to build product features, but also by making sure those features reach end users, gain traction, and contribute to growth. The ideal candidate combines product thinking with hands-on growth, go-to-market, and communication skills, with a strong understanding of how to bring features to users through the right channels and initiatives.
This person will drive initiatives such as onsite campaigns, feature launches, growth programs, and product promotion across relevant channels, helping turn product features into measurable user growth for KyberSwap.com.
Product Specs & requirements: Take requested ideas, client briefs, and high-level requirements from Product Lead and translate them into detailed, actionable User Stories, edge cases and Acceptance Criterias.
Backlog Maintenance: Support the continuous grooming and organization of the product backlog, ensuring the engineering team always has clear, well-defined tasks for upcoming sprints.
Documentation: Create and maintain clear product documentation, including functional specifications, user flows, and release notes for client handovers.
Agile Participation: Act as the day-to-day Product Owner for the development squad, actively participating in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews) to clarify requirements and unblock developers.
Performance Tracking: Implement and monitor tracking for key product metrics, user journeys, and feature usage using product analytics tools.
Dashboard Creation: Build, update, and maintain data dashboards to provide clear visibility into product health for both internal teams and external clients.
Data-Driven Insights: Analyze post-launch data to evaluate how users interact with new features, identifying trends, pain points, and opportunities for incremental improvements.
Issue Investigation: Assist in investigating data anomalies, user reports, and system bugs to help the technical team prioritize fixes and assist CS team to handle users.
Quality Assurance & user research: Conduct User Acceptance Testing and validate data tracking prior to feature releases to ensure the final output matches the requested idea, quality standards and user sastisfactions.
Team Alignment: Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, and QA testers to ensure smooth execution of features from the design phase through to deployment.
Client Support: Assist in preparing data reports, sprint summaries, and technical updates to keep internal informed about development progress.
Ad-hoc Duties: Undertake other analytical and product support tasks as assigned by the Product Management leadership.
2–5+ years of experience in product growth, product marketing, growth marketing, or product roles with strong go-to-market ownership.
Strong understanding of user acquisition, activation, retention, and loyalty.
Proven experience supporting product launches and driving feature adoption through campaigns, initiatives, and communications.
Strong motivation to work as a product person who not only contributes to building features, but also ensures they are successfully brought to market and adopted by users.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex product ideas for end users and partners.
Strong execution ability and comfort working in a fast-moving environment.
Background in a Web3 product with good domain knowledge in crypto, DeFi, and on-chain user behavior.
Experience running on-chain campaigns.
Experience working closely with engineering teams and building strong day-to-day working relationships with engineers.
Experience in both user-facing and partner-facing roles.
Experience working on a B2C exchange product.
Familiarity with channels across social, KOLs/influencers, media, partnerships, community ecosystems, and on-chain channels.
Experience writing launch messaging, campaign copy, product education content, or feature announcements for Web3 users.
