Act as a key point of contact for strategic partners, ensuring alignment across product integrations, liquidity collaboration, and joint community initiatives.
Oversee KyberSwap’s brand positioning across social media, events, and PR; ensure consistent and engaging messaging.
Collaborate with the Comms and Marketing teams to conceptualize and execute performance-focused campaigns across digital channels.
Represent KyberSwap at global crypto events, AMAs, and webinars to build presence and forge new growth opportunities.

3–5+ years of experience in Growth, Product Marketing, or related roles, ideally within a Web3, fintech, or tech startup environment.
Proven track record of running successful growth campaigns across acquisition and retention.
Strong analytical mindset: comfortable with data, metrics, A/B testing, and tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Dune, or similar.
Deep understanding of performance marketing, user funnels, and growth frameworks.
Proactive and entrepreneurial: capable of launching initiatives independently with minimal direction.
Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills; thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and influence cross-functional teams.
A bold, experimental mindset with the resilience to test, fail, and iterate quickly.
Prior experience at a DeFi protocol, DEX, or Web3 product.
Familiarity with crypto-native communities, influencer ecosystems, and partnership structures in Web3.
Experience with growth automation tools, CRM, and Web3 marketing platforms.
Previous work in early-stage environments where building processes from scratch was required.
Ability to code or work closely with developers on integrating tracking, growth hooks, and experiments.
