We are an innovative team of about 20 members, and we are willing to expand. Our team has been constantly growing since our inception in 2017 when we started trading on-chain. Our core activities revolve around trading on-chain and on centralized exchanges, monitoring trading operations from our applications, improving current systems in operational logic and technology frameworks, and designing new systems to adapt and stay ahead of market.
Each team member is assigned with multiple trading or helper applications/services that make our trading more efficient. There is a flat structure where your ideas and questions are always heard and each of the persons responsible for an app has autonomy and deep understanding of the trading needs and logic and can proactively suggest enhancements.
We are looking for someone who gets fascinated with the idea of diving deeper into trading, likes problems and also likes solving performance and algorithm challenges and is eager to exchange ideas in a competitive yet supportive environment aimed at personal and collective excellence. Design and construct high-performance trading applications tailored to meet the specific needs of the trading team, emphasizing on competitive edge and speed.
Develop and enhance trading or auxiliary services to continuously optimize performance and efficiency.
Fetch and integrate data from cryptocurrency exchanges, third-party API providers, and blockchain EVM sources, with a particular focus on Ethereum and Solana.
Aggregate and utilize above data effectively to support dynamic trading strategies.
Create reusable components to streamline trading strategy development and improve overall functionality.
Suggest algorithm enhancements based on a deep understanding of application requirements.
Leverage the latest open-source technologies to ensure the adoption of cutting-edge development practices.
Professional Experience: Minimum of 4 years in software development.
Demonstrated ability in building high-performance, low-latency applications.
Proficiency in data structures and algorithms.
Experience in designing and implementing highly available, scalable cloud-based systems.
Demonstrated ability to build platform services that enhance developer experiences and meet robust standards.
Proficiency in backend development with managed languages such as C++, Golang, Rust, or similar; strong preference for Golang expertise, our team’s main tech stack.
Database Expertise: Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and NewSQL databases.
Familiarity with Ethereum RPC.
Experience working with APIs from major crypto exchanges like Binance, OKX, Coinbase, etc.
