1–2 years of hands-on experience in a growth, product, marketing ops, or campaign execution role, preferably in tech or Web3.
Proven ability to own and deliver campaigns end-to-end, including setup, coordination, QA, and post-launch tracking.
Strong execution mindset — reliable, organized, able to juggle multiple projects and move fast without sacrificing quality.
Analytical acumen; comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Notion, or analytics dashboards to track KPIs.
Comfortable working with data and KPIs: can interpret performance metrics and make data-informed decisions.
Excellent communication skills: clear reporting, strong follow-ups, and ability to work across teams.
High accountability and resilience — takes full ownership of assigned tasks and sees them through to completion.
Curious about DeFi and crypto users; actively learning about on-chain behavior and ecosystem trends.
Experience with crypto-native growth platforms (Layer3, Dune, Galxe, Zealy, etc.)
Familiarity with funnel metrics like activation, retention, churn, and referral loops
Exposure to A/B testing tools, basic lifecycle marketing, or CRM tools
Basic understanding of how users interact with DEXs, wallets, and Web3 flows
