We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate / Lead to join the KyberSwap team. This role is critical in driving operational excellence across chain expansion, liquidity management, token operations, and fee optimization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (product, BD, partnerships, and engineering) to ensure smooth execution and scaling of KyberSwap’s core operations.
Coordinate and manage onboarding of new blockchains into KyberSwap’s ecosystem.
Ensure smooth integration with technical, legal, and operational readiness.
Maintain and monitor cross-chain operations, troubleshooting when necessary.
Identify, evaluate, and integrate new liquidity sources (DEXs, aggregators, protocols).
Maintain relationships with partner DEXs to optimize liquidity availability and trading performance.
Track and analyze liquidity source performance to ensure alignment with KyberSwap’s goals.
Manage token whitelisting procedures, ensuring compliance with internal policies and partner requirements.
Coordinate with listing partners and internal teams for seamless token operations.
Monitor and maintain token data accuracy across the platform.
Support PMM expansion initiatives across different chains and liquidity sources.
Monitor PMM-related operations and ensure accurate performance tracking, reporting, and optimization.
Collaborate with product and finance teams to maximize revenue streams.
At least 2 years of experience in operations, or business operations (crypto/DeFi experience strongly preferred).
Strong understanding of blockchain, DEXs, and token lifecycle management.
Analytical mindset with ability to identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Proactive problem solver, comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving environments.
Experienced with tools: Etherscan, Dune, Nansen, DefiLlama…
Prior experience in DeFi protocols, token listing, or liquidity management.
Hands-on experience with blockchain integrations or cross-chain infrastructure.
Familiarity with fee models in AMM/PMM or other DEX protocols.
SQL/Excel skills for reporting and operations tracking.
Experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
