We are looking for a motivated Junior AI Engineer to help build and deploy modern AI systems for enterprise clients — including LLM applications, RAG systems, OCR pipelines, and agentic workflows — under the guidance of senior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to AI-powered applications: RAG systems, AI assistants, knowledge search, document intelligence pipelines
Build OCR pipelines to extract text and structured data from documents and images (Tesseract, PaddleOCR, Azure Document Intelligence, AWS Textract) and integrate results into RAG/document workflows
Assist in developing agentic AI workflows (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen)
Support RAG components: document ingestion, embeddings, vector search (Pinecone, Qdrant, Azure AI Search), prompt engineering
Help deploy and monitor AI services on cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Collaborate with backend, data, DevOps, and product teams
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
1–3 years of experience
Solid Python skills; foundational knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering
Hands-on exposure to some of: LangChain / LlamaIndex, vector databases, model APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini)
Basic computer vision / OCR knowledge (e.g., OpenCV, text extraction from documents)
Familiarity with Git and Docker basics
Good English communication; strong problem-solving and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
Cloud deployment experience (AWS / Azure / GCP)
PyTorch / TensorFlow, document layout models (e.g., LayoutLM), or cloud document AI services
Exposure to MLOps or LLM evaluation tools
