We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join GEM and support our growth in the Korean market through new client acquisition and long-term business development.
Develop and execute business development strategies for the Korean market.
Identify, approach, and acquire B2B clients for IT services and software outsourcing.
Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, solution pitching, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and target accounts.
Work closely with the Head of Sales (Korean Market), Delivery, and Engineering teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
Collaborate with the Marketing team on lead generation campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline forecasts in CRM systems.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within IT services, software outsourcing, or technology consulting.
Proven experience selling to Korean or other international clients.
Strong understanding of B2B sales, IT outsourcing, and offshore delivery business models.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Korean proficiency equivalent to TOPIK Level 5 or above (spoken and written).
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and other sales tools.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of software development, cloud, data, AI, or digital transformation services is a strong plus.
Existing network or relationships with Korean enterprises is highly preferred.
