Join EY Vietnam’s BMC team and support the delivery of marketing, communications and engagement activities for one of the world’s leading professional services organizations. This role is suited to a hands-on marketing and communications professional who enjoys event coordination and execution, content development, digital communications campaign running, and working with multiple stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Position: Executive to Senior Executive – Events & Clients Communications

Work location: Hanoi / Ho Chi Minh City.

 

Your key responsibilities

• Take a hands-on role in coordinating and delivering client-facing and internal events and activities, including preparation, practical arrangements, stakeholder coordination, event-day support and post-event follow-up;
• Prepare, maintain and quality-check key event working documents, materials and communication assets to support smooth and professional event delivery;
• Draft, adapt and coordinate event-related communications and post-event content for client, internal, social media and other approved channels, ensuring alignment with brand, writing style and relevant internal requirements;
• Support the maintenance and update of client/contact databases, communication channels, templates and working files for marketing and event activities, with attention to accuracy, consistency and future engagement needs.

 

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong coordination and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple events, communications and client engagement workstreams under tight deadlines;
• Strong business writing and editing skills in both English and Vietnamese, with attention to tone, accuracy, clarity and audience relevance;
• Good attention to detail and quality control mindset, especially when preparing event materials, client communications, data updates and branded content;
• A proactive, hands-on and service-oriented mindset, with the flexibility to support different BMC workstreams and respond to changing priorities;
• Ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced professional services environment;
• Sound judgment in handling information, following internal requirements and escalating issues appropriately when guidance or approval is required;
• Practical understanding of event experience, client communications, brand consistency and digital/content execution.

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field;
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in event coordination, marketing communications, client communications, digital marketing, professional services, B2B marketing or agency/client service support;
• Hands-on experience supporting client-facing or internal events, including coordination, communications, logistics, stakeholder follow-up and post-event activities;
• Good business writing skills in English and Vietnamese, with the ability to draft and adapt communications for different audiences and channels;
• Proficiency in MS 365 applications; and knowledge and skills of basic design or content creation tools to support event and communications assets;
• Good written and spoken English and Vietnamese.

 

Ideally, you will also have

• Experience in professional services, consulting, financial services, corporate marketing, communications agency, event agency or other B2B environments;
• Exposure to email marketing tools, website content management systems, event registration tools, client/contact database management or basic analytics/reporting platforms;
• Practical understanding of brand consistency, event experience, client communications, digital channels and marketing campaign execution;
• Experience coordinating event-related content and materials across multiple stakeholders, including business teams, designers, vendors or external partners;
• Familiarity with using data, feedback and post-event inputs to support follow-up communications and future engagement activities.
