Responsibilities as below but not limited to:

 

Operations Management

• Support the implementation and execution of operational processes, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor operational activities and ensure compliance with internal guidelines and quality standards.
• Track operational KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for management.

Planning & Coordination

• Coordinate with internal department to ensure timely completion of operational activities.
• Support business planning, resource planning, and workforce utilization monitoring.
• Follow up on key action items, deadlines, and operational initiatives.
• Facilitate communication between business teams and support functions.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Maintain data accuracy across operational trackers and reporting tools.

 

To qualify for the role you must have:

• You are a fresh graduated or having 1 year experience in admin or operation work
• Preferably major in accounting, finance, business, economics, foreign trade, banking....
• Proficient level of business English;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
• Good in interpersonal and communication skills;
• Willingness to learn;
