growth of Zalopay's lending products. You will own recurring analytical
delivery and reconciliation while contributing to strategic analysis across
product, marketing, and risk. This is not a query-service role — you own each
piece of work end-to-end, from clarifying the question to landing the insight.

degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer
Science, or a related quantitative field.

years of hands-on BI/Data Analyst experience with end-to-end delivery
ownership.
●
analyzing large and complex datasets. Experience with data modeling and
analytical frameworks.

knowledge of statistical programming language (Python, R) to manipulate and
draw insights from large data sets.
●
timeline and multiple stakeholders in English and Vietnamese, validates output
before sending, and delivers under tight timelines without escalating every
conflict.

experience in fintech, digital lending, digital payments..
●
understanding of dimensional modeling (dim/fact tables, Star or Snowflake
schema).
●
latest data technologies and trends.
use of AI/GenAI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) in real analytics work.
