Partnership & Strategy Associate (Insurance), Zalopay

You will be responsible for driving business growth for insurance products, with a strong focus on partnership development and performance optimization.

Partnership Management (35%) Develop and execute business plans to acquire strategic insurance partners, driving user growth and TPV. Manage end-to-end partnership lifecycle, including sourcing, negotiation, onboarding, and performance optimization. Build and maintain long-term partnerships, maximizing both commercial and strategic opportunities.

Growth Strategy & Product Development (25%) Identify market opportunities, analyze competitors, and propose new insurance products. Work closely with Product team to define requirements and improve user journey, conversion, and overall business performance. Initiate and drive growth strategies to scale user acquisition and revenue from insurance products.

• Operation Excellence (20%) Monitor business operations, ensure service quality, and proactively resolve issues.

Work closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) and external partners to identify needs, Performance Analysis & Reporting (20%) Analyze performance, identify gaps, and propose actionable solutions to drive growth.

Forecast, track, and report performance of partnerships, including campaigns and co-branded initiatives.
