Senior Sales Executive, Adtima (Hà Nội)

1. Account Ownership & Revenue Growth

• Proactively develop a deep understanding of the Adtima ecosystem (Zalo, Zing MP3, ZNews, Baomoi, etc.) and its full range of products/solutions to advise clients accurately
• Approach new clients, build pipeline, and craft proposals that meet and exceed assigned revenue targets
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring renewals and budget expansion (upsell, cross-sell) across each stage of the full funnel.

2. Full-Funnel Proposal & Solution Selling

• Develop strategic proposals spanning the entire funnel — awareness, consideration, engagement, data acquisition, conversion, loyalty, and reactivation — rather than focusing on standalone ad packages
• Own solution architecture, media planning logic, KPI framework, and commercial recommendations within every proposal
• Use data, market insights, category benchmarks, and platform capabilities to strengthen proposal quality and client confidence
• Continue to act as project manager: managing client expectations, tracking delivery progress, and ensuring on-time, high-quality execution.

3. Cross-Functional Execution

• Work closely with Planning, Content, Creative, Production, and Data teams to turn proposals into solutions that are operationally executable and financially sound
• Ensure every proposal is strategically sound, commercially viable, and operationally executable.

4. Performance Analysis & Optimization

• Analyze campaign performance data, prepare regular reports, and recommend optimizations when results fall short of expectations
• Use campaign results as evidence to support budget/solution expansion in subsequent cycles.

5. Market Feedback Loop

• Capture client/agency feedback on products, market gaps, and unmet needs
• Relay this feedback to the Product/Solution teams to improve solution-market fit and scalability

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing/advertising sales, preferably with experience selling full-funnel or solution-based offerings (not just media/ad sales)
• Understanding of digital disciplines: user experience, technology, creative, and the stages of the marketing funnel (awareness → reactivation)
• Consultative selling skills: ability to run discovery conversations, build business cases, and present solutions tied to client business objectives
• Ability to build structured proposals: solution logic, KPI framework, and performance measurement
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills, and ability to perform well under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent

Preferred

• Experience working with CRM, engagement platforms, commerce, martech/adtech, or loyalty solutions
• Existing relationships with clients/agencies in the industry
