Campaign Operations Executive, Adtima

• Validate bookings against rate cards and media plans, including placements, pricing, targeting, schedules and technical specifications. Confirm inventory availability and delivery feasibility with relevant teams, resolve gaps and set up campaigns on internal ads systems
• Check creative assets, destination URLs, tracking and campaign settings before launch. Launch on schedule and verify that ads display correctly and that delivery and measurement work as intended
• Monitor delivery, pacing and agreed KPIs against booked schedules and volumes, accounting for each format’s delivery mechanics. Detect under-delivery, over-delivery and metric anomalies early; investigate likely operational causes and alert Sales and management with supporting data and proposed actions
• Adjust campaign settings to meet agreed delivery and performance targets, using the controls available for each format. Review the impact of changes and seek alignment before adjustments affecting budgets, agreed targeting or client commitments
• Implement tracking and third-party verification tags where supported and required. Review viewability, brand safety and invalid traffic signals; make supported campaign adjustments and coordinate with specialist teams on measurement or quality issues beyond routine troubleshooting
• Handle routine campaign issues and document their impact, checks performed and next steps. Coordinate with Product and Technical teams on issues requiring specialist support, keep stakeholders informed and follow progress through resolution; escalate when delivery or timelines are at risk
• Maintain accurate campaign data and reports. Reconcile final delivery against bookings, clarify discrepancies and complete acceptance reporting within agreed timelines
• Identify recurring issues and suggest practical improvements to checklists, templates and workflows. Participate in testing and applying improvements with the team.

• 1–3 years of experience in ad operations, campaign management or a similar role at a media platform, publisher or agency
• Solid grasp of digital advertising metrics, buying models such as CPD, CPM and CPV, and campaign delivery mechanics; able to spot anomalies
• investigate operational causes and explain findings clearly
• Ability to manage multiple assigned campaigns under time pressure, with structured working habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through
• Working proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for campaign data checks, delivery reconciliation and reporting
• A proactive and responsible approach: follow agreed plans, raise risks early, recommend practical actions and recognize when to seek support or escalate
• Communicate clearly with Sales, Product and Technical teams
• Experience with campaign configuration, ad serving logic and delivery troubleshooting on a proprietary or publisher-side platform is a strong advantage
