AI Engineer (Remote/Hybrid)

1. About the Role

- We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist, AI Engineer to join our AI team and work on end-to-end AI solutions, from Machine Learning and predictive analytics to Generative AI, NLP, RAG, and Agentic AI.

- You will work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to transform real-world business problems into scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end Machine Learning and AI solutions, including traditional ML, predictive analytics, time series forecasting, deep learning, and Generative AI.

- Analyze complex business problems and translate business requirements into scalable AI/Data Science solutions.

- Develop and optimize NLP, LLM, and Deep Learning models for real-world business applications.

- Build LLM-powered applications, RAG systems, and Agentic AI workflows.

- Develop and maintain production-grade ML/AI pipelines using Python and PySpark.

- Conduct data analysis, feature engineering, model development, evaluation, optimization, and deployment.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver practical and measurable business impact.

- Leverage Generative AI tools and Agentic AI frameworks to improve productivity and automate workflows.

- Communicate analytical findings, technical concepts, and AI solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Continuously research and apply emerging technologies and methodologies in AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.

- Working arrangement: Full-time remote or hybrid.

- 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI Engineering, or a related field.

- Strong hands-on experience in Python.

- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, and Deep Learning.

- Experience with Time Series Modeling / Forecasting or other predictive modeling techniques.

- Hands-on experience with PySpark and large-scale data processing.

- Practical experience developing and deploying production-grade ML/AI solutions.

- Solid understanding of NLP, Transformers, LLMs, or Generative AI.

- For GenAI-focused work:  2+ years of hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering and Generative AI development is preferred.

- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical AI solutions.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

- Good English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience delivering LLM applications, RAG solutions, Agentic AI systems, or NLP products.

- Experience with end-to-end AI product development.

- Experience using Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks.

- Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms.

- Experience with Vibe Coding methodologies or AI-assisted development tools.

- Previous experience in the Healthcare domain is highly desirable.
