Responsibilities

• Job Description:

– Monitor and handle advanced Information Security (IS) alerts across Endpoint, Network, and Gateway layers to detect attacks

– Analyze and develop automated operational playbooks

– Ensure SLA compliance as per signed contracts with clients

– Research and create alert handling guidelines for Tier 1 analysts

– Optimize and control quality

Qualifications

• Educational Background: 

– Bachelor’s degree in: Information Security; Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics-Informatics…

– English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 650 or higher

• Requirements/Competencies:

– 1+ years of experience handling complex SOC alerts

– Basic knowledge of IS and cyberattack methods (CEH or Security+ certifications preferred, or equivalent experience)

– Proficient in using product portals within the SOC solution ecosystem (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, NSM, Email Security, WAF, Cloudrity)

– Knowledge of reviewing and detecting malware components

– Proficient in using review tools such as Autoruns, Procexp, TCPView, PCHunter, and Linux commands (ls, ps, netstat, cat, iptables, last, lastlog)

– A Forensic certification for Incident Response (CHFI) or an equivalent is a plus

– In-depth IS knowledge and skills in one of two areas: Malware Attack or Web Attack

– Preferred certifications: CEH, OSCP
