Responsibilities

• Job Description:

– Coordinate and oversee the delivery of threat intelligence services to customers

– Assess the severity and impact of potential threats to customers

– Support and coordinate responses to cybersecurity incidents for customers

– Draft and present reports on threats and the cybersecurity landscape to customers

– Provide security strategy consultation and guidance to customers

– Maintain and develop relationships with customers and stakeholders

– Advise and support customers in building processes for their organization’s threat intelligence operations

Qualifications

• Educational Background: 

– Bachelor’s degree in: Information Security; Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics-Informatics…

– English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 650 or higher

• Requirements/Competencies:

– 2-4 years of experience in Information Security, with a preference for experience in operating and delivering Threat Intelligence services

– Understanding of network systems and information technology infrastructure, including how networks function and basic components such as servers, IP addresses, routing, and switching

– Extensive knowledge of modern cybersecurity threats, including attack methods and defense techniques

– Knowledge of information security technologies and solutions such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and encryption

– Skills in configuring and managing security technologies such as SIEM, Threat Intelligence Platforms, and security analysis tools

– Ability to analyze threat intelligence information to identify, assess, and respond to potential threats

– Strong understanding of Malware analysis methods and system reconnaissance techniques (penetration testing)

– Ability to conduct in-depth analysis of cybersecurity incidents and propose effective solutions

– Basic knowledge of service management and establishing service quality standards
